This 1.6 hectare Seniors Housing development is situated on the western edge of the greater than 40 hectare Oatlands Golf Course.
The project intends to provide much needed seniors living across four mid-rise buildings and three low-rise town-house structures, modernized two-level golf club, and contain a wellness center and café.
