One new two-storey block built in two stages, refurbishments to an existing block
In 2018, we were the structural engineers working in collaboration with Alleanza architecture to design and deliver the alterations, extensions and upgrades to Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School.
The works created new GLAs, COLA, covered walkways for access, meeting spaces, school administration facilities and new parish facilities.
Stage 2 contained post-tensioned concrete beams spanning greater than 16m to create a column-free covered open learning area.
A link bridge between Stage 1 and Stage 2 was constructed to mid-span utilising temporary supports to facilitate access to Stage 1 during the construction of Stage 2.
