The Quarter St Leonards

The project includes a slender tower with some “walking” columns avoiding transfer decks, outrigger walls to minimise the thickness of the building core structure, and large length floor plates at podium levels that will be required to be designed without permanent movement joints.

The complex 7 levels of basement carparking is immediately adjacent to the Metro tunnel, and two towers that have “perched” shoring piles, supporting tower loads, that are bearing at a higher RL than the proposed bulk excavation level of this basement.
