In 2020, the Mosman Swim Centre is underwent refurbishment works to provide the general public with more modern facilities and a pool that complies with the current standards, codes and local authority requirements.
Our involvement included the demolition of the grandstand for additional storage, bathroom amenities upgrades, structural inspections of ceilings due to chloride levels, inspection of the pool soffit for water ingress and plant/equipment room upgrades in basement levels.
